Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture replacement.
- Installation: Execute precise installations of water heaters, sewage systems, and piping networks according to local codes and blueprints.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in layman's terms and providing transparent quotes.
- Tools and Equipment: Maintain and operate a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols on every job site.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job reports, time logs, and warranty documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with dispatchers and other technicians to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid and current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding plumbing schematics.
- Tools: Ability to provide your own hand tools (or demonstrate tool proficiency).
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Background: Clean criminal background check and drug screen required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
