Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing processes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training provided)
