Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Tools & Safety: Utilize hand and power tools efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job reports and timecards for each assigned task.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid North Carolina Journeyman Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
