Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, piping systems, and drainage fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan pipe layouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on commercial and residential properties.
Qualifications
- License: Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in copper, PVC, and PEX piping, as well as soldering and threading.
- Tools: Reliable transportation and own set of hand tools.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency calls.
- Certifications: OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification preferred.
