Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and pipe restoration.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, drains, and various plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections to diagnose issues accurately and provide transparent estimates to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical details in layman's terms and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely completion of service calls.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, pipefitting, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently, travel to multiple job sites, and handle physical demands (lifting, bending, standing).
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
