- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention services
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide accurate cost estimates and complete service reports
- Collaborate with contractors and property management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York plumbing license and certifications
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for confined space work and heavy lifting
- Excellent customer communication and time management skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
