Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate technical findings to clients.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure system longevity and reliability.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate job records for invoicing.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality.
