Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, garbage disposals, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes (IPC/UPC).
- Excellent math skills for calculating measurements and materials.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
