Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, and piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quoting and professional site cleanup.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and materials.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or awkward spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
