Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems for water supply, drainage, gas, and HVAC.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on commercial and residential properties to prevent future failures.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight, confined, or elevated spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
