Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, backflow preventers, and bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installation procedures.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating technical issues clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Qualifications
- Valid and current California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of various pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX, steel) and joining methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or at heights.
