Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling during night shift operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain project timelines
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow laborers on complex construction tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctual attendance for night shift schedule
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
