Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water, gas, and drainage.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and pipe failures, and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime and extend equipment life.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to clients and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage job schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License (must be current).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
