Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, including pipefitting, leak detection, and fixture repair.
- System Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of water heaters, pumps, and sewage systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Interact directly with clients to understand their plumbing needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Code Compliance: Adhere to all local and state building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatchers and apprentices to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (PA or TX).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using advanced diagnostic tools, and welding (preferred).
- Tools: Reliable transportation and own basic set of hand tools.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
