Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water heaters, drainage, and venting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan work.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for jobs.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials (PVC, copper, PEX) and tools.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
