Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams during off-hours
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Conduct system inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- OSHA certification and trench safety training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe networks
- Clean NYC driver's license with excellent record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with digital plumbing software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
