Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments and execute complex plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe fitting, and fixture installation.
- Respond to emergency service calls during night hours, prioritizing safety and efficiency to restore service to clients quickly.
- Maintain a pristine, professional work environment and adhere to all local Denver building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices, sharing best practices for high-conversion service delivery.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials on-site to ensure job sites are fully equipped for the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience, specifically in commercial and residential maintenance.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues rapidly under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
