Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, installation, and repair of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex leaks, clogs, and pipe failures efficiently during night hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan work.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to facility managers and residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, organizing tools and materials.
- Document work completed and report any major issues to the foreman.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and HVAC systems is a plus.
