Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture failures in residential and commercial settings.
- Install, maintain, and replace piping systems, water heaters, and drainage infrastructure according to local codes and safety standards.
- Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and recommend proactive solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating technical issues clearly to clients and explaining repair options.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality assurance procedures.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all service calls are completed within the scheduled window.
- Assist in training junior apprentices and maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License for the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience, with specific experience in night shift or emergency repair.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes (IPC/NFPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and tools (or willingness to acquire company-standard tools).
