Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and drainage systems.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections and safety checks on commercial sites.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations while working.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Document all work performed and submit accurate daily reports.
- Ensure the job site is left clean and organized after each repair.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Valid Class A CDL (Preferred for commercial driving roles).
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
