Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Manage inventory and equipment for project sites
- Document work orders and maintain detailed project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Kansas electrical license within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
