Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent future failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
