Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties per blueprints and codes
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to prevent future issues
- Lead emergency response for urgent plumbing problems 24/7 rotation
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber license (C-36)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expert knowledge of IPC/UPC plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
