- Ensure all work complies with California Plumbing Code, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing failures and water damage scenarios
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Manage project timelines, material inventory, and client communications
- Implement sustainable plumbing practices and water conservation solutions
Qualifications
- California State Plumbing License (Master Plumber) with minimum 5 years verified experience
- Proven expertise with trenchless pipe repair, backflow prevention, and greywater systems
- Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- OSHA 30 certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for emergency situations
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and team leadership
- Experience with digital job management platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan)
