Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently, providing effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and emergency repairs with minimal downtime.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up after completion and adhere to safety protocols.
- Guide and mentor junior apprentices and technicians on best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments, including crawl spaces and heights.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
