Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drain, and venting systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Mentor junior apprentices and maintain a clean, safe work site.
Qualifications
- Valid California State License (Journeyman or Master Plumber).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Availability for overtime and on-call emergencies.
