Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead plumbing renovation projects from blueprint to completion
- Mentor junior plumbers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Prepare detailed project estimates and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Master Plumber)
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Clean driving record and valid WA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
