Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, replace, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Adhere strictly to all local Dallas and Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job site notes using our proprietary software.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the job van and work area.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, threading, and using advanced diagnostic equipment (video pipe inspection).
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for emergency calls and weekend work as required by the schedule.
