Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Coordinate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) seamlessly
- Perform site cleanup and material management daily
- Complete daily progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Expertise in scaffolding and fall protection systems
- Welding or masonry certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
