Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to handle a high volume of residential and commercial repair projects. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and committed to resolving plumbing issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and potential failures.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and drainage in residential and commercial buildings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations and repairs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, provide estimates, and answer questions.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage daily schedules and prioritize urgent calls.
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Master Plumber License or Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or uncomfortable spaces.
