Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems according to all local and national codes.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure longevity of equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing updates and explaining technical details clearly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Tennessee Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heaters, and hydronic systems.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
