Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quotes and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices and helpers as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and soldering techniques.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
