Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Locate and fix leaks, clogs, and other water or gas line issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes (DC Plumbing Code).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for self and crew.
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license issued by the District of Columbia.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
