Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise wiring and panel upgrades
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Adhere strictly to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for weekend projects
- Lead weekend emergency response calls for critical electrical failures
- Mentor junior electricians during weekend team rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, load calculations, and transformer installations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills using multimeters and circuit tracers
- Weekend shift availability essential (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
