Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and sewage in residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine optimal layout and materials.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages, and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
