Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings with precision.
- Perform thorough inspections to identify potential leaks, blockages, or system failures before they become emergencies.
- Install and maintain piping systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas lines, adhering to all local and national codes.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, piping materials, and modern leak detection technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions (tight spaces, heights).
