Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response for burst pipes, leaks, and backflow incidents
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Manage inventory and equipment for service vehicles
- Provide detailed estimates and project proposals

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license (required)
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
