Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain customer communication
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless service continuity
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for emergency troubleshooting
- Excellent physical stamina and night shift adaptability
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with tankless water heaters and advanced systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
