Responsibilities
- Perform new installation and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and clear communication of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool inventory.
- Collaborate with dispatch and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, tools, and blueprints.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
