Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures in residential and commercial settings.
- Install and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Perform trenchless pipe repair and sewer line maintenance where applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Comply with all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes (Title 24, UPC, IPC).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
