- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with DC building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future system failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide clear, professional guidance to clients and communicate technical details effectively.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring readiness for all job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license issued by the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
