Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex issues, provide accurate estimates, and execute efficient repairs.
- Adhere to all local Chicago plumbing codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure job sites are left tidy.
- Assist in training junior apprentices and junior plumbers when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, and drainage systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
