Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, piping systems, and fixtures according to local codes.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of issues and pricing.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and local plumbing codes.
- Manage job site cleanliness and ensure all tools are accounted for at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with dispatch and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations (IPC/IPC).
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
