Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols daily
- Complete cleanup and debris removal tasks
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid O-10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition
- Pass pre-employment background check
