Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts, ensuring the van is stocked and ready for daily jobs.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Michigan (or willingness to obtain reciprocity for Pennsylvania work).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and gas piping codes.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
