Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage lines, and pressure systems.
- Perform new installations for residential and commercial projects according to local codes and regulations.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and provide preventive maintenance solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems, costs, and timeframes, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as video pipe inspection cameras and leak detection equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
