Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Coordinate with project managers and team leads for seamless workflow
- Document all maintenance activities and system modifications
- Maintain inventory of electrical components and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Expertise in power distribution systems and industrial controls
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with PLC systems and VFD installations preferred
