Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layout and installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumbing License or equivalent Journeyman license with significant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in the Los Angeles area.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Current State of California Health Card (if applicable).
