Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of water systems, waste lines, and venting.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs under time pressure.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent future plumbing failures.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide cost estimates.
- Ensure all work sites are cleaned up and comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
