Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and drainage in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced testing equipment and provide effective solutions.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing accurate quotes and explaining technical repairs in plain language.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent future system failures.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee State Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, codes, and local regulations.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
